Michael is principally responsible for operations of all the Karl Environmental Group company's.
He is an important member our staff having more than 23 years of management experience. Having held ever- increasing levels of Supervisory and Managerial positions during that time. In one of his positions, Michael had total responsibility for a team of 65 subordinates with millions of dollars of equipment in his charge.
During a career in the military he attended Airman Leadership School, NCO Leadership School and the Air Force NCO Academy where Michael learned important leadership and managerial skills. This helped to develop corresponding expertise that would be needed in his position at Karl & Associates, Inc.
Michael also gained expertise in Lock Out-Tag Out, Hearing Loss prevention, Operational Risk Management, Confined Space Work Area, Hazardous Waste Disposal and Corrosion Control. His skills in these areas are a valuable asset to the company.
