From the very beginning clients asked for broader services and capabilities as regulations imposed new requirements in the environmental arena. Karl & Associates responded to that need and the company was an immediate success. 
Customer Focus One at a time capable employees were added, services broadened, and additional licenses and certifications were earned. The focus at Karl & Associates has always been on customers. Clients were given a guarantee that if they were not 100% satisfied with our services, they would never see an invoice. Our clients have never received a fine or citation for work we have done. Karl & Associates have been on site addressing client emergencies on Easter morning, Christmas day and New Years eve.
